These "Terms of Use and Agreement" ("Terms") apply to the 69arena platform website, mobile application (if available), and all related services. Whether you browse the platform, open an account, or play games — you are responsible for reading and agreeing to these terms.
A player is considered to have accepted these terms from the moment they first access this platform. If you are unable to accept these terms for any reason, you must stop using the website.

Section 1 — Eligibility Requirements
Age Restriction
Users of this platform must be 21 or older. Anyone under the age of 21 must not open an account, play games, or carry out any transactions by any means. If a breach of this rule is found, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
Location and Legality
Players must be in a country or location where online gambling is legally permitted. If this activity is prohibited where you are located, you must not use this platform. Players are responsible for verifying the law themselves — 69arena will not be held responsible.
One Account Per Person
Each player is allowed to open only one account. You must use only your own account — you must not open an account for someone else, play on someone else's behalf, or lend your account for others to use. If a violation is found, all associated accounts may be closed.
Accuracy of Personal Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If false or fraudulent information is found, 69arena may close the account immediately and has the right to refuse any withdrawal of funds.
Part 2 — Account Registration & Management
Account Security
Players must keep their username and password private and must not share them with any third party. If your password is stolen or your account is accessed without your permission, contact [email protected] immediately — before telling anyone else.
Account Updates
If your contact details (email address, phone number, etc.) change, you must update them on the website right away. 69arena is not responsible for any missed communications caused by outdated information.
Account Closure
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can request this via live chat or at [email protected]. 69arena also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraud, or suspected money laundering.
Part 3 — Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Minimum withdrawal — 30,000 Ks | Processing time — normally within 15 minutes to 2 hours
Deposit Methods
Accepted deposit methods on this platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks; deposits below this amount cannot be processed.
- You must deposit using a payment account registered in your own name.
- 69arena will not accept deposits made from a third party's payment account.
- After making a deposit, you can check your account to confirm the amount has been credited. If it does not appear, please contact us via live chat.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for your deposit.
- If your balance includes bonus funds, withdrawals cannot be processed until the bonus wagering requirements (Part 4) have been met.
- If a verification (KYC) check is required for any reason, withdrawal processing times may be extended; 69arena is not responsible for any delays this causes.
Financial Restrictions
69arena will not support money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activity under any circumstances. If suspicious activity is detected, funds may be temporarily frozen or the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
Part 4 — Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors can receive a 200% bonus — up to 500,000 Ks.
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (Wagering Requirement).
Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks (maximum cap) → Balance 1,020,000 Ks → Wagering required: 500,000 × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be withdrawn after its own Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
- Each bonus can only be claimed once. Since each player may only hold one account, duplicate bonuses will not be granted.
- 69arena may restrict certain games or mixed play that could be used to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk.
- If fraud or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
VIP Program
69arena has 3 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.5%
VIP tier upgrades are determined by 69arena based on a player's gaming history and play patterns. Once upgraded, cashback is credited every Monday.
Part 5 — Gameplay Rules
Fair Play
Games provided by 69arena are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or Live Dealer, and all results occur unpredictably and cannot be calculated in advance.
Technical Issues
If a network disconnection, server error, or software fault occurs during play, the result of that round will be determined based on 69arena's Server Logs. 69arena is not responsible for any losses caused by a player's own network failure.
Prohibited Actions
- Using bots, scripts, or automation software
- Attempting to predict game outcomes using software
- Hedge betting on the platform solely to collect bonuses in a way that avoids risk
- Money laundering or channeling funds through illegitimate means
